Mi è sembrato di capire che i problemi con il nuovo sito erano risolti ma forse sono rimasti un po' indietro con il lavoro. Effettivamente il diodo è 1n4004, ma va bene qualsiasi diodo da almeno 1 Amp. in quanto deve solo bypassare l'interruttore quando si accende il motore del mezzo.
I cablaggio dei componenti è sempre quello che si vede nella foto dell'articolo pubblicato nel 2013 (prototipo) con basetta millefori, con le dovute modifiche per il passaggio al sistema I2C.
Per il prossimo sistema di controllo invece (BT+smartphone Android) sto gia sviluppando il circuito stampato che ospiterà l'unità di controllo completa.
Ciao Gabriele, la modifica della meccanica non è indispensabile, infatti nel progetto del 2013 non c'era, e non essendoci il potenziometro, l'antenna veniva chiusa a fine corsa in senso orario. Io l'ho fatto in primo luogo per migliorare la precisione della rotazione della meccanica e mentre c'ero ho aggiunto il potenziometro per chiudere l'antenna al centro (180°).
Se non vuoi modificare la meccanica occorre modificare la funzione chiudi() del sofrware per fare in modo che quando si accende il motore del camper, l'antenna venga chiusa completamente in senso orario sino al raggiungimento del finecorsa.
Mi rivolgo a Windom o a qualche amico che abbia già realizzato il suo dispositivo per la parabola: come collego il sat finder? Dove effettuo le due saldature?
Sono bloccato con i lavori, poiché ho paura che saldando in un punto sbagliato brucio Arduino o il Sat Finder. Grazie a chi mi risponderà.
Ciao Grunf1958, il satfinder che ho usato io è diverso dal tuo, comunque il segnale da inviare al pin A0 di Arduino va prelevato dallo strumentino e andrà poi regolato dal potenziometro. Ti allego comunque 2 foto dell' altro satfinder smontato che sto usando per il nuovo controllo con le relative indicazioni.
foto1) satfinder smontato da inserire nel controllo, il potenziometro è stato sostituito con un trimmer di pari valore ma più piatto.
foto 2) punti di collegamento ad Arduino (dove prima c'era saldato lo strumentino). La massa la individui facilmente in quanto è la stessa del cavo d' antenna e va collegata alla massa di Arduino .
Grazie Windom: nel mio Sar Finder, quindi, corrisponde alla foto n° 2, come ritenevo. Tra l'altro seguendo la tua indicazione mi sono accorto che i due capi sullo strumentino ( che, per l'appunto, sono collegati ai due punti di saldatura che compaiono nella foto n° 2) sono contrassegnati uno col " +" e l'altro col " - " ...
Un'ultima cosa: quale tipo di pulsante "bistabile" hai usato per la commutazione manuale/automatico? Più precisamente, hai usato un vero e proprio pulsante "bistabile" a 4 piedini in luogo del classico pulsantino "monostabile" oppure la funzione che rende "bistabile" il pulsante è assolta dal sofwtare che quando rileva il valore programmato nella resistenza commuta da manuale ad automatico e viceversa? Ciao e grazie in anticipo per la disponibilità e capacità che dimostri sempre.
Lo stato del bistabile avviene via software, premento il pusante auto/manuale viene inviato il valore 100 al pin A2 e avviene la commutazione da manuale ad auto o viceversa.
Ancora una cosa per Grunf1958, ho guardato meglio la tua seconda foto, devi stare attento a non scambiare le linguette dello strumentino con quelle dell' illuminazione. Quelle dello strumentino sono quelle centrali, dove c'è saldato il condensatore ceramico marrone e il terminale non collegato a massa, quello del segnale da inviare ad Arduino, mi sembra quello di sisintra.
Il problema che ho attualmente è quello riferito alla commutazione manuale/automatico: ho realizzato la pulsantiera con la rete resistiva utilizzando le resistenze ecc.. : quando premo il pulsante, il led si accende per la frazione di tempo indicata sul programma, per poi rispegnersi subito ( senza che io debba intervenire sul pulsante) e tornare in manuale. Probabilmente (avendo utilizzato le classiche resistenze con tolleranza del 10%) la lettura di qualche valore è al limite, ragion per cui la commutazione manuale/automatico non si stabilizza: provvederò a sostituire le resistenze con quelle con tolleranza dell' 1% o a rifare ex novo la pulsantiera.
La tolleranza delle resistenze non ha grande importanza poichè i valori immessi dalla pressione dei pulsanti hanno un range di +/- 50. L'unica condizione per fare passare automaticamente dal modo auto a manuale è che venga rilevato un valore del segnale sul pin A2 superiore al 30%, circa 1,7 volt. Prova a staccare il satfinder e a mettere un resistore da 2,2 Khom tra il pin A2 e massa e vedi se te lo fa ancora. Se non te lo fa più devi controllare il valore in uscita del satfinder o regolare il potenziometro del livello verso il minimo. Comunque se hai già collegato display e bussola, dovresti vedere il livello segnale sul display stesso. Il software per funzionare deve avere la bussola collegata correttamente altrimenti si ferma in attesa dei dati.

Ciao Grunf1958, il satfinder che ho usato io è diverso dal tuo, comunque il segnale da inviare al pin A0 di Arduino va prelevato dallo strumentino e andrà poi regolato dal potenziometro. Ti allego comunque 2 foto dell' altro satfinder smontato che sto usando per il nuovo controllo con le relative indicazioni.
foto1) satfinder smontato da inserire nel controllo, il potenziometro è stato sostituito con un trimmer di pari valore ma più piatto.
foto 2) punti di collegamento ad Arduino (dove prima c'era saldato lo strumentino). La massa la individui facilmente in quanto è la stessa del cavo d' antenna e va collegata alla massa di Arduino .
Grazie Windom: nel mio Sar Finder, quindi, corrisponde alla foto n° 2, come ritenevo. Tra l'altro seguendo la tua indicazione mi sono accorto che i due capi sullo strumentino ( che, per l'appunto, sono collegati ai due punti di saldatura che compaiono nella foto n° 2) sono contrassegnati uno col " +" e l'altro col " - " ...
Un'ultima cosa: quale tipo di pulsante "bistabile" hai usato per la commutazione manuale/automatico? Più precisamente, hai usato un vero e proprio pulsante "bistabile" a 4 piedini in luogo del classico pulsantino "monostabile" oppure la funzione che rende "bistabile" il pulsante è assolta dal sofwtare che quando rileva il valore programmato nella resistenza commuta da manuale ad automatico e viceversa? Ciao e grazie in anticipo per la disponibilità e capacità che dimostri sempre.
Lo stato del bistabile avviene via software, premento il pusante auto/manuale viene inviato il valore 100 al pin A2 e avviene la commutazione da manuale ad auto o viceversa.

Ancora una cosa per Grunf1958, ho guardato meglio la tua seconda foto, devi stare attento a non scambiare le linguette dello strumentino con quelle dell' illuminazione. Quelle dello strumentino sono quelle centrali, dove c'è saldato il condensatore ceramico marrone e il terminale non collegato a massa, quello del segnale da inviare ad Arduino, mi sembra quello di sisintra.
Si Windom, il positivo è quello di sinistra ... .
Il problema che ho attualmente è quello riferito alla commutazione manuale/automatico: ho realizzato la pulsantiera con la rete resistiva utilizzando le resistenze ecc.. : quando premo il pulsante, il led si accende per la frazione di tempo indicata sul programma, per poi rispegnersi subito ( senza che io debba intervenire sul pulsante) e tornare in manuale. Probabilmente (avendo utilizzato le classiche resistenze con tolleranza del 10%) la lettura di qualche valore è al limite, ragion per cui la commutazione manuale/automatico non si stabilizza: provvederò a sostituire le resistenze con quelle con tolleranza dell' 1% o a rifare ex novo la pulsantiera.

La tolleranza delle resistenze non ha grande importanza poichè i valori immessi dalla pressione dei pulsanti hanno un range di +/- 50. L'unica condizione per fare passare automaticamente dal modo auto a manuale è che venga rilevato un valore del segnale sul pin A2 superiore al 30%, circa 1,7 volt. Prova a staccare il satfinder e a mettere un resistore da 2,2 Khom tra il pin A2 e massa e vedi se te lo fa ancora. Se non te lo fa più devi controllare il valore in uscita del satfinder o regolare il potenziometro del livello verso il minimo. Comunque se hai già collegato display e bussola, dovresti vedere il livello segnale sul display stesso. Il software per funzionare deve avere la bussola collegata correttamente altrimenti si ferma in attesa dei dati.
